MobileHCI 2008, the 10th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction with Mobile Devices and Services was held 2-5 September 2008 at the Royal Tropical Institute Conference Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and was preceded by the MobileHCI 2008 Doctoral Consortium on 1 September 2008. MobileHCI 2008 was organised by Telematica Instituut, Freeband Communication and Philips Research Europe, in cooperation with ACM SIGCHI and ACM SIGMOBILE.

Today, the trial period of Mobile Experiences has ended. From the 43 evaluations of the 7 presented mobile applications the scores were calculated (on a 5 point scale: 5 is high, 0 is low). And we are happy to present the winners of Mobile Experiences 2008:
· Gold: IYOUIT (4.2 points)
· Silver: Mobile Diet Diary (2.8 points)
· Bronze: Mirage (2.6 points)
