MobileHCI 2008 offers you several possibilities to meet colleagues and share experiences at informal way.
Social Events on Tuesday, September 2 (17.30 – 19.30 hrs)
At the end of the workshops and tutorial day we can offer you the opportunity to explore Amsterdam, before enjoying a diner in the Amsterdam city atmosphere. These social events are optional and at your own expenses and start from the Conference Venue following on the closing of the workshops and tutorial day.
Get on your Bike!
Bicycle treasure tour through Amsterdam. In a team context you will discover various spots in the city where you would normally never come. You will pass the Royal Palace, the Anne Frank house and many canals, the Dam Square and Museum Square, the Jordaan quarter and the famous Vondelpark. During the trip you do have to answer questions correctly and keep an eye on your leader.
Duration: 1.5 hours.
